On 11 June 2025, a special edition of the lunchtime forum chaired by Prof. Dr Michael Kaeding took place in the LF building at the University of Duisburg-Essen. One year after the 2024 European elections, the editors and authors of the newly published anthology “Europawahl 2024” from Springer Verlag gathered to present their findings and analyses directly to the audience. The speakers shared their academic contributions, offering fascinating insights into the various aspects that shaped the election result and the European political landscape.
But the presentations didn’t stop there: Afterwards, the audience had the opportunity to put their questions directly to the authors. This interactive Q&A session enabled the audience to develop an even more comprehensive understanding of the complexities of European politics.
