On 22 September 2023, the German Political Science Association (DVPW) published the contribution of the teaching project ‘NRW debates Europe 2024’, which brings together students at various universities in North Rhine-Westphalia. The contribution was submitted as part of the Teaching Prize for Political Science 2024. This year, the Political Science Teaching Prize was awarded to Prof Dr Sandra Destradi for her teaching project ‘How to Study the International Effects of Populism’, carried out in the summer semester 2023 at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg.
By publishing the entry on the DVPW website, the jury would like to recognise the large number of submissions of innovative and didactically sophisticated teaching projects.
